Wine is the result of fermentation of pressed white and blue berries from the vine. The fermentation process that takes up to many months is usually initiated in wooden barrels (Barrique) or large steel tanks. The moszt popular wines are red wine, white wine and rosé wine. Further there are Sparkling wine, semi-sparkling Wine and champagne that come into being by a second bottle fermentation. Semi-sparkling wine (Prosecco) gets it sparkling by an artificial carbonation. The Spürnasen offer a full range of wines that gets periodically renewed and optimised.
